I went through Lulu.com, on-demand publisher, to produce five calendars of my own photography for 2020. The themes: cats, wildflowers and bees! Each one goes for $19.95 plus shipping.
Here’s previews of each one, with individual links:
Bees—bumbles, honey and otherwise—(and one wasp) are the subject of this collection, doing what they do best: pollinating flowers. Except for one New Yorker, these are all West Coast residents, both native and introduced. This calendar is a good daily reminder of the vital importance of these little friends.

No subject has garnered more of my photographic attention than desert wildflowers. Gathered here are selections from southern California’s famous desert parks including Anza-Borrego, Joshua Tree, Mojave National Preserve and the Salton Sea SRA. Such exquisite and ephemeral beauty is not found anywhere else.

The state flower of California, this lovely genus (Eschscholzia) is found from San Diego to Siskiyou County and nearly all points between. I have snapped pics of it whenever I’ve found it.

Cats and kittens are often at their most adorable when they’re sleeping. Here we have the siblings Chisana-mame & Sylvio featured multiple times, as well as Fugz the Farmcat, Zeus, Ember, “Princess,” Lenny and more.

We love it when cats are cute and cuddly, but sometimes they are intense or contemplative and this is part of their nature too. This collection features Cricket, Mauzers, Purr-kins, Cosi, Zeus, “Princess” and more.
